Player Assessments

Tryouts allow us to assess players' skill level to ensure that teams are balanced and that every player is in a division that is both safe and challenging. Per Little League International, players who do not attend at least one tryout are ineligible for post-season tournaments (All Stars). Tryouts will be held at Egleson Complex for both Baseball and Softball, weather depending. 

Ages 8-10 @ 9:00am

Ages 11-12 @ 11:00am

Ages 13+ @ 1:00pm

Please arrive with enough time to check in and warm up and plan on the assessment lasting 1-1.5 hours. If it rains we will still have assessments but, 2/5 and 2/11 will be moved to the Paradise Junior High Gym/Blacktop. 2/7 will be cancelled if the fields are to wet to play. 

Please bring your glove and batting helmet and wear comfortable, weather appropriate athletic clothing. Cleats are encouraged for tryouts on the field, however NO CLEATS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE GYM, so please plan to wear tennis shoes.
